Static Equipment
The company specializes in the design and manufacture of static equipment, primarily heat exchangers. Work begins from the design/process stage, where, if required, equipment sizing is done. Subsequently, mechanical calculation is done under the ASME and/or API code.
Experience in manufacturing equipment in carbon steel, stainless steel, low-alloy steels, copper/nickel alloys, duplex, clad, and others. In addition, devices for cladding weld overlay (WOL) application are available.
Key equipment manufactured includes:
- Shell and tube heat exchangers.
- Pressure vessels. Horizontal, vertical, spherical, reactors, columns, etc.
- Air coolers. Manufactured as a "package" including the power system, fans, and automation.
- Radiators. Mainly for hydroelectric power plants, manufactured with finned or lamella-type tubing.
- API Tanks. Capable of manufacturing in-plant up to 750 barrels, for larger capacities, on-site assembly is offered.
Oil and gas:
Currently, there are strategic alliances with technology companies specializing in the process and design of high-efficiency plants or packages. The company holds licenses to manufacture these packaged solutions, including:
- Packages for hydrocarbon separation (two-phase or three-phase), with the option to use high-efficiency internals such as coalescers, liquid distributors, gas entry devices.
- Gas separator filters (liquid-liquid coalescent), with high-efficiency cartridges that guarantee greater equipment durability, lower maintenance costs, and smaller equipment.
- Modular plants for production water treatment.
- Plants for gas sweetening and dehydration.
Services:
- Re-tubing and maintenance of heat exchangers: Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for re-tubing equipment in-plant or on-site.
